The 3 Best Back Stretchers
The Back Stretchers I Used to Eliminate My Pain
I wanted to share my three favorite back stretchers, I used to eliminate my back pain.
I have always had a weak back which was further confounded by back injuries. For most of my life, I used painkillers and creams to get by. Physio helped but it was so damn expensive!
When I could no longer afford physiotherapy I looked for an alternative and came across a few blogs which recommended using a back stretcher to overcome and reduce back pain.
I had nothing to lose so I invested 100 dollars on the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher which seems to be the best back stretcher.
Fast forward 9 months now and my back pain is virtually gone. I am sure it would be eliminated altogether if I used it more consistently but I don’t have the time.
In this post, I wanted to share 3 of my favorite back stretchers which I use to keep the back pain away.
3 Best Back Stretchers to Overcome Back Pain
Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher
This was the first back stretching device I used.
The Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher is my favorite because it’s so easy to use.
All you have to do is lie on top of it for about 15 minutes a day and you will notice the tension released from your back. Once your muscles start to relax you start to stretch your spine and heal your back.
The Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher has three levels of stretch intensity which is helpful for beginners with back pain.
This back stretching device also seems suitable for all heights as my partner uses it too and finds it comforting and relaxing.
Using the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher I was able to increase my flexibility and posture. I was also able to relieve tension and stress in my back. I felt so much better than before.
If you are planning to buy a back stretching device don’t go for the cheaper versions. Your first investment in back stretchers must be the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher.
Because this back stretching device is easy to use you will keep using it and reap the benefits.
Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher
After using the Lumbar Extender Back stretcher a friend recommended I mix things up and I started using the Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher.
What I noticed was your body gets used to a certain stretch so mixing things up is essential to keep the spine stretched, decompressed, and hydrated.
The Sae Arc wooden back stretcher is stiffer compared to the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher so you really feel a different stretch.
The Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher elongates the spine and increases the volume between the spinal disc which promotes healing.
After continual usage, your posture and flexibility will improve and the natural curvature of your spine will be restored.
The Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher
Once you’re used to the Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher and want a different dimension of stretch you should consider purchasing the Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher.
The Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back stretcher does not have a smooth arch on the top. Instead, this back stretching device has grooved slots which match the exact curvature of the spine.
The reason for having these grooved slots is to restore the individual discs of the spine to the correct place.
The Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher is great if you want to correct a misaligned spine and restore all the discs to their correct place.
How to Use All 3 Back Stretchers
I alternate between all three back stretchers.

Some people use all three every day 15 minutes at a time to reap the full benefits.
Because I don’t have the time I use a different one every day and lie on top of it for 15 minutes a day.
By using a back stretching device for 15 minutes every day I have managed to keep my back pain away. I’ve also increased my height!
I no longer need painkillers like Tramadol or Steroid Epidural shots.
Having back pain can seriously impair the quality of your life. If you do want a natural way to overcome your pain you should begin by investing in a back stretcher like the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher.
Use every day, if you can use it three times a day for better results. The more you decompress your spine the more it will heal. You should also consider taking a high-quality joint supplement too.
